The proposal provides a 76 bed care home over 3 storeys for Care UK with areas of the room in roof and dormers to the north of the building. The development has been designed in such a way as to maintain as much privacy for the residents (both in the care home and the surrounding area) whilst maintaining the efficient use of the available landscape.

The mature trees which surround the site boundary provide private spaces for the residents to exercise and interact with the landscaped gardens in a secure setting.
